Please ensure your patient’s contact details are included in the referral, and accurate. Dr Mayooran’s administrative team will use these details to liaise directly with your patient to organise their appointment.
Referrals are accepted from general practitioners and other medical specialists. Please ensure your patient is aware of the length of validity of your referral (12 months from GPs, and three months from other specialists), to allow the Medicare rebate to be applied for eligible patients at the time of their appointment.
